Return and exchange period
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with their original packaging and tags. Worn, washed, altered or damaged items are not eligible unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.
Starting a request

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs so we can review the issue promptly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly by Sockiva.
